To redesign the user experience (UX) of software with the goal of making it easy for users to make and receive calls quickly with clear indication.

Comes with a new improved concept.
After analyzing the existing applications in the market, we came to the conclusion that I should design a product that offers more functionality and a more understandable use. I had to research existing solutions and develop new product concepts.
